name at your LGA headquarters or Abia State E-library Umuahia and go through verification.
Also Abia youths can register for the employment program of the Federal Government via https://
portal.npower.gov.ng/
Free Internet access for the registration is available at the e-library and some constituency
offices of PDP legislators.
